    The Ab Slider is a nice addition for a workout(still do chinups, situps, pushups, springs,and exercycle). I gave it a 4-star rating because one of the 2 tension springs can break anytime between 1.5-3 years (20 repititions once a day, 5 days per week). Even with this problem, $22.00 is very cheap compared to the benefits.
