San shou is a Chinese hand-to-hand combat sport played by two members. It is popular wrestling similar to boxing, judo and other mixed martial arts. Generally, the term san shou is referred as sanda which means free fighting. During combat, boxing equipments will be used by the participants to protect them against damages and injuries. Standard techniques are imposed in san shou to protect the wrestlers and it is categorized as professional sports combat in most of the countries. The activity comes up with punching, kicking, hitting. More craze is created for sanda, because of self defense and self discipline offered. The trainee is required to follow the instruction provided by trainer and compiles with the procedures of the game.
