Steve Molitor Beaten Joe Saez

Former International Boxing Confederation super bantamweight champ Steve Molitor beaten Argentinean Joe Saez by eight round choice on Saturday night at the Casino Rama, Canada.

Molitor who is still annoying to work his method back into a title attempt after being shattered by Celestino Caballero previous year in a 4th round chow down, had to stay alive a 5th round knockout to get the succeed over the journeyman Saez. It wasn’t a good mark that Molitor, rank #2 IBF, #3 WBC and #11 WBO, had to fight back to get a succeed over Saez.

It was objective practice early on in the clash as Molitor stalked Saez around the ring, category him with straight lefts and small hooks to the body and head. Saez twisted the table on Molitor in next round, beating him with a large right hand and pressuring him continually during the round. Molitor and Saez take turns annoyance each other around the ring trade huge shots.

In the 3rd and 4th rounds Molitor had belongings frequently his way, as Saez did little to make a clash of it and exhausted a huge deal of the time either running or laying next to the ropes. However Saez would assault Molitor and find huge success in landing over Molitor’s low protector. Early in the 5th round, an anxious Molitor was drop by a huge left hand from Saez as Molitor came charge forward tiresome to land.

Molitor seem to disregard his defense and was strike with his protector down by Saez. After the knockdown, Saez temporarily attempt to take Molitor out. However, Molitor fight efficiently for the rest of the round and twisted back Saez’s attacks.

It wasn’t a immense presentation from Molitor, who show little authority to speak of. It’s hard to imagine Molitor charming another title in the near future because he’d have huge troubles if he were to face Caballero once more and Juan Manuel Lopez would come into view much too superior for the feeble punching Molitor as well.
